- 1 whole head of roasted garlic
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup feta cheese

Instructions
- Roast the garlic until soft. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in aluminum foil, and roast for about 30-40 minutes.
- Combine roasted garlic, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and feta cheese in a mixing bowl. Squeeze the soft cloves out of their skins into the bowl.
- Blend until creamy and smooth using a hand mixer, food processor, or blender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Top with fresh herbs before serving.
- Serve with veggies and crackers arranged around the dip.
Notes
