- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup tahini (or sunflower seed butter)
- 1/4 cup water (adjust based on desired consistency)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken pieces to the marinade. Toss to coat them thoroughly. Let the chicken sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
