Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast (diced, skinless)
  • 2 cups pasta (small shape, uncooked)
  • 1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium preferred)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (condensed)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add the diced chicken breast to the slow cooker.
  2. Toss in the uncooked pasta, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, and the creamy can of chicken soup.
  3. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir together until well combined.
  4. Secure the lid on the slow cooker and set it to low for 4-5 hours.
  5. Check that the chicken is cooked through, and the pasta is tender.
  6. Serve into bowls and enjoy warm.
