Description

A delightful appetizer with juicy peaches and creamy burrata on crispy baguette slices.


Ingredients

  • 1 large baguette, sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Flaky salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the baguette slices: Place them on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Slice the peaches while the bread is toasting.
  5. Prepare the basil by tearing leaves into smaller pieces.
  6. Prepare the burrata cheese by gently tearing it apart in a bowl.
  7. Increase the oven temperature to broil and broil the crostini for about 2 minutes.
  8. Assemble the crostini by topping each slice with burrata, peach slices, basil, honey, and balsamic glaze.
  9. Final touch: Sprinkle flaky salt on top.

Best enjoyed warm. Store ingredients separately if leftovers are available.
