Description

Delightful mini cheesecake bites topped with fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberry glaze

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  3. In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins to form crusts.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of the crusts, filling them until just below the rim.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
  7. Top each cheesecake bite with fresh strawberries and drizzle with strawberry glaze before serving.
