- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup strawberry glaze
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins to form crusts.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of the crusts, filling them until just below the rim.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
- Top each cheesecake bite with fresh strawberries and drizzle with strawberry glaze before serving.
