- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Mix the salad greens, cooked rice, and crumbled feta cheese in another bowl.
- Assemble the bowl by placing the salad mixture at the bottom and topping with the cooked salmon, drizzling with yogurt and garnishing with fresh herbs if desired.
