- 12 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Combine the frozen hashbrowns, eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, and green onions, if using, and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
