Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hashbrowns
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced ham (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Combine the frozen hashbrowns, eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, and green onions, if using, and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
