Description

A nutritious snack combining Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and dark chocolate, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth guilt-free.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, thick)
  • 0.25 cup peanut butter (natural)
  • 0.25 cup dark chocolate (melted)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  2. Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly to form a layer about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Melt the peanut butter: In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter until it’s smooth.
  5. Drizzle the peanut butter: Once melted, drizzle it over the yogurt layer to create patterns.
  6. Melt and drizzle dark chocolate: Melt dark chocolate in the microwave and drizzle it over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Create swirls: Gently swirl the peanut butter and chocolate into the yogurt mixture with a knife or spatula.
  8. Freeze the bark: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it sit until firm, about 120-180 minutes.
  9. Break into pieces: Once frozen solid, break the bark into pieces of your preferred size.
  10. Store it well: Store pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For a fruity twist, add fresh berries to the yogurt mixture before freezing.
