Description

Enjoy a healthy and delicious Crispy Parmesan Crusted Baked Salmon, rich in flavor and omega-3 fatty acids.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir well to mix evenly.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil, then press each fillet into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides.
  4. Place the coated salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
