- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir well to mix evenly.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil, then press each fillet into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides.
- Place the coated salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use fresh salmon and line the baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
