- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, shredded cheese, and optional mixed vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until well mixed.
- Grease your baking dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, if desired.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
