Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 medium apples, diced
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and cut the broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Dice the apples into uniform pieces, leaving the skin on.
- Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apples, and toasted sunflower seeds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For freshness, store leftover salad in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days. Keep dressing separate if made ahead.
