Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 medium apples, diced
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dice the apples into uniform pieces, leaving the skin on.
  3. Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apples, and toasted sunflower seeds.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until coated.
