- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle half of the marinade over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs on top for garnish.
- Serve the salmon hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
For extra flavor, reserve some marinade to drizzle over the salmon when serving. Consider garnishing with lemon wedges.
