Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle half of the marinade over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top for garnish.
  7. Serve the salmon hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

For extra flavor, reserve some marinade to drizzle over the salmon when serving. Consider garnishing with lemon wedges.
