A delicious and healthy meal featuring lean chicken and fresh vegetables wrapped in whole wheat tortillas.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup low-fat ranch dressing or your favorite sauce
Instructions
- Wash the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl, and rub the mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest on a cutting board for about 5 minutes.
- Slice the chicken into thin strips.
- On a tortilla, place a handful of chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, shredded carrots, and strips of chicken.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the ingredients.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat the process for the remaining wraps.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve.
Notes
Wrap Wrap Chicken can be customized with different sauces and vegetables. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
