- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 package cake mix (your choice of yellow or white)
- 2 cans strawberry pie filling (21 ounces each)
- 8 oz cream cheese (sliced thin)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Melt the butter in a medium bowl until fully liquid.
- Combine the cake mix with the melted butter and stir until crumbly.
- Pour both cans of strawberry pie filling into the prepared dish.
- Add sliced cream cheese evenly on top of the strawberry filling.
- Top with the crumbly cake mixture, covering as much area as possible.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
