Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbling and fragrant.
- Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Cook the diced chicken breast for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the seasoning mix over the chicken, stirring to coat evenly.
- Make the sauce by gently adding chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing it to a soft simmer. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
