Description

A flavorful dish combining tender steak and pasta with a sweet and spicy garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice preference)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha in a small bowl. Pour over the steak and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the steak and sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Plate the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

For a milder flavor, adjust the sriracha to your preference. Feel free to add vegetables for extra nutrition and color.
