- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice preference)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha in a small bowl. Pour over the steak and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the steak and sauce until evenly coated.
- Plate the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
For a milder flavor, adjust the sriracha to your preference. Feel free to add vegetables for extra nutrition and color.
