Instructions
- Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth (2-3 minutes).
- Add White Chocolate and Whipped Cream: Fold in melted white chocolate and then the whipped cream gently.
- Layering the Cups: Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs, followed by the cheesecake mixture and diced strawberries. Repeat until cups are filled.
