Description

A delightful dessert combining strawberries, creamy textures, and crunchy nuts, topped with a rich cream cheese swirl.


Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • Ingredients listed on the box (usually eggs, oil, and water)
  • 1½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Layer the Bottom: Sprinkle chopped coconut, strawberries, and nuts in the prepared pan.
  3. Prepare Cake Batter: Follow the instructions on the cake mix box for the batter, then pour it over the layer in the pan.
  4. Make Cream Cheese Swirl: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  5. Add the Swirl & Chips: Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the batter, swirl gently, and sprinkle white chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake: Bake for 40–45 minutes until mostly set; cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Best served warm or at room temperature. Garnish with fresh strawberries or whipped cream.
