Ingredients

- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cream cheese or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, vanilla protein powder, and freeze-dried strawberries.
- Add the honey or maple syrup, cream cheese or Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined and a dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
