- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
- Mix the strawberry cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl until well combined, about 2 minutes.
- Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating the softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fill each cooled cupcake center with the cheesecake mixture.
- Make the whipped cream by whipping heavy cream and remaining powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Frost each cupcake with the whipped cream.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and white chocolate chunks.
