Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, 1/2 cup of sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the Crust: Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth.
  4. Add Sugar and Vanilla: Mix in 1 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
