Ingredients
Strawberry Brownies:
1 box strawberry cake mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
White Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
Optional: pink sprinkles or freeze-dried strawberries for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until thick and smooth.
3. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are set and center is just baked through.
5. Allow brownies to cool completely.
6. Heat heavy cream until just beginning to steam.
7. Pour hot cream over white chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes.
8. Stir until smooth and glossy.
9. Spread ganache over cooled brownies.
