Ingredients
1 box strawberry cake mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
For the ganache:
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (optional for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, melted butter, and milk until smooth and thick.
3. Fold in white chocolate chips.
4. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
6. Allow brownies to cool completely before adding ganache.
7. To make the ganache, heat heavy cream until steaming, then pour over white chocolate chips.
8. Let sit for 1–2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
9. Pour ganache over cooled brownies and spread evenly.
10. Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top if desired.
11. Chill for 30 minutes before slicing into squares.
Notes
For a deeper strawberry flavor, mix 1/4 cup of strawberry puree into the batter.
Top with fresh strawberry slices before serving for a gourmet touch.
Store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.
