- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar to form a marinade.
- Add chicken thighs and coat them well, then cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add marinated chicken, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Pour in the remaining marinade and let it simmer until it thickens into a sticky glaze.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For improved flavor, marinate the chicken overnight and feel free to add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
