Description

A delightful twist on a classic appetizer, these Spicy Sriracha deviled eggs are perfect for parties or a tasty snack at home, offering a spicy kick that sets them apart.


Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon sugar
  • Finely chopped chives for serving
  • Paprika for serving

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a medium saucepan covered with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel and slice the eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove the yolks.
  3. Mix the yolks in a food processor with mayonnaise, Sriracha, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and sugar until smooth.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or a sealable plastic bag.
  5. Garnish with paprika and chives before serving.

Notes

Adjust the Sriracha according to your preferred spice level. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
