Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups corn kernels (fresh, canned, or roasted)
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 avocado, diced
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
