- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 medium red potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup onions, caramelized
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ cup sliced pickles (optional)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C) and cook seasoned potatoes for 16 to 18 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, then add sliced onions; cook for 10 to 15 minutes until caramelized.
- Increase heat to medium-high, add ground beef, smash into the pan, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
- Assemble the bowls with crispy potatoes, ground beef, caramelized onions, and shredded cheese on top.
- Drizzle sauce on top and add optional toppings like pickles and lettuce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave.
