- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, chicken broth, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Shred the chicken with two forks, then stir back into the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
