Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter until melted.
  2. Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Flip the chicken thighs and add minced garlic, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add trimmed green beans to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook for 5-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and beans are tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
