Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter until melted.
- Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Flip the chicken thighs and add minced garlic, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Add trimmed green beans to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
