Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Start by cooking your linguine or spaghetti according to the package instructions. Once it’s al dente, drain it and set it aside.
- Melt the Butter: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Sauté Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Cook the Shrimp: Add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add Wine and Lemon: Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes to enhance flavors.
- Combine with Pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss gently to combine. Finish with chopped parsley before serving.
