Description

A delightful twist on traditional lasagna featuring seafood, creamy Alfredo sauce, and tender lasagna noodles, perfect for special occasions or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 cup Chopped Shrimp
  • 1 cup Crab Meat
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 24 oz Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling water until al dente, then drain and rinse.
  2. Prepare the filling by mixing shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Assemble the roll-ups by spreading filling on each noodle and rolling them tightly.
  5. Add Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish, then place roll-ups seam side down.
  6. Cover the roll-ups with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

These roll-ups can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking. Serve with a light salad or garlic bread.
