Description

An easy and delicious sheet pan meal featuring rich teriyaki salmon and colorful vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin-on)
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced (red/yellow)
  • 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Make the teriyaki glaze by whisking soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger together.
  4. Arrange salmon on one side of the baking sheet and place vegetables on the other side.
  5. Coat the salmon with the teriyaki glaze.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

Using fresh ingredients greatly enhances flavor. Customize with your favorite vegetables.
