Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray or muffin liners.
- Mix dry ingredients: whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients: mix eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures, folding until just combined.
- Add sausage, cheese, and optional vegetables or herbs.
- Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
