Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay out 4 sheets of aluminum foil on a flat surface.
  3. Place a salmon fillet and a portion of asparagus in the center of each foil sheet.
  4. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Drizzle the lemon garlic butter over the salmon and asparagus.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Close the foil packets tightly.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
  9. Carefully open the foil packets and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
