Description

Delightful muffins combining the flavors of rosemary and garlic, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it with oil or non-stick spray.
  3. Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Add the olive oil and water, then stir in the minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
  5. Fill each muffin tin cup with the dough evenly.
  6. Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top of each muffin.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly in the tin before removing.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature, or refrigerate for a week. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
