Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it with oil or non-stick spray.
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the olive oil and water, then stir in the minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
- Fill each muffin tin cup with the dough evenly.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top of each muffin.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly in the tin before removing.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature, or refrigerate for a week. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
