- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets.
- Cream the softened butter, creamy peanut butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients and avoid overmixing the dough.
