Description

A delightful treat for peanut butter lovers, combining creamy peanut butter with chunks of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets.
  2. Cream the softened butter, creamy peanut butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
