Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Mix the sour cream, dill ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Coat each cucumber slice in the ranch mixture, ensuring they are fully covered.
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Arrange the coated cucumber slices on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours until dry and crispy.
- Let the chips cool completely to enhance their crunchiness.
- Taste test the chips and adjust seasoning as desired.
