Description

A delicious and healthy snack, combining crunchy cucumbers with zesty dill ranch flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium cucumbers (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp dill ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Mix the sour cream, dill ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat each cucumber slice in the ranch mixture, ensuring they are fully covered.
  4. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
  5. Arrange the coated cucumber slices on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours until dry and crispy.
  7. Let the chips cool completely to enhance their crunchiness.
  8. Taste test the chips and adjust seasoning as desired.

Notes

Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to a week for optimal crunch. Can also be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
