- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium)
- 2 tbsp seasoning mix (Paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- Warm the skillet over medium heat and add the softened butter until melted.
- Toss in the chopped onion and minced garlic. Stir for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Add the diced chicken breast, spreading evenly. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley just before serving.
