  • 2 tbsp seasoning mix (Paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Warm the skillet over medium heat and add the softened butter until melted.
  2. Toss in the chopped onion and minced garlic. Stir for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the diced chicken breast, spreading evenly. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the chicken and stir to coat.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley just before serving.
