Ingredients

- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: protein powder, rolled oats, and cinnamon. Mix them thoroughly.
- In another bowl, mix the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures, stirring until well blended.
- If desired, fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Enjoy as a healthy snack!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about one week. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe bag.
