Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- Add the torn croissants and gently fold until soaked.
- Transfer the mixture to a buttered baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a knife comes out clean.
- Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
