Description

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and protein powder in a large bowl.
  3. Prepare the wet ingredients by whisking together the eggs, olive oil, and water in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.
  5. Shape the dough into 6 to 8 equal portions, rolling them into balls and poking a hole in the center.
  6. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
