Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and protein powder in a large bowl.
- Prepare the wet ingredients by whisking together the eggs, olive oil, and water in another bowl.
- Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.
- Shape the dough into 6 to 8 equal portions, rolling them into balls and poking a hole in the center.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
