Description

Delicious homemade cheese sticks that are crispy and cheesy, perfect for any gathering or snack time.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into strips or sticks.
  4. Place the dough strips on a greased baking sheet, ensuring enough space between each stick.
  5. Brush the tops of the dough sticks with olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

Best served with dipping sauces like marinara or ranch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
