A fun and delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich, these egg rolls are crispy and packed with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and crunchy vegetables.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese (or American cheese)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 package egg roll wrappers (10–12 wrappers)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Drain excess grease and add diced onion, green bell pepper, and sliced mushrooms. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, season with salt and pepper, and let cool slightly.
- Fold in shredded cheese until melted and well distributed.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, add 2-3 tablespoons of filling, fold sides in, and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry egg rolls for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
