Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the chicken and coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Arrange the chicken in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
- Add halved baby potatoes around the chicken and season them.
