  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the chicken and coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Arrange the chicken in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
  5. Add halved baby potatoes around the chicken and season them.
