- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in sour cream and heavy cream until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until the edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour with the door slightly ajar.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Serve chilled and consider garnishing with whipped cream, extra crushed Oreos, or chocolate sauce.
