- 1 pound Baby Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Chop the Kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and prepare the vegetables.
- Mix the honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
- Combine all ingredients on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and sauce.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Finish by garnishing with parsley or green onions before serving.
