Description

A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring kielbasa and colorful vegetables, all coated in a savory honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop the Kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and prepare the vegetables.
  3. Mix the honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Combine all ingredients on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and sauce.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Finish by garnishing with parsley or green onions before serving.
