Ingredients
1 cup vanilla protein powder
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup rolled oats

2–3 tbsp milk (as needed)
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Add protein powder, rolled oats, and crushed Oreos.
3. Mix until fully combined, adding milk as needed to form a thick dough.
4. Scoop and roll mixture into bite-sized balls.
5. Place protein bites on a parchment-lined tray.
6. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
