Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into a 9×9 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Spoon lemon curd over the cream cheese layer and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle lemon zest on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until set.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled, optionally garnished with whipped cream or fresh berries.
