- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickles, chopped
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice

Instructions
- Prepare the eggs by peeling them and cutting in half lengthwise.
- Separate the yolks from the whites and place the yolks in a bowl.
- Make the filling by mashing the yolks and mixing in mayonnaise, mustard, chopped pickles, and pickle juice until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Garnish with paprika on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
