Description

A delightful twist on classic deviled eggs with a zesty mustard kick and sweetness of pickles.


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickles, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the eggs by peeling them and cutting in half lengthwise.
  2. Separate the yolks from the whites and place the yolks in a bowl.
  3. Make the filling by mashing the yolks and mixing in mayonnaise, mustard, chopped pickles, and pickle juice until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Garnish with paprika on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
