Instructions
- Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain, about ¼ inch thick.

- Toss the sliced beef into the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let sit for about 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add the sliced scallions and cook for an additional minute until slightly wilted.
- Serve the Mongolian beef hot over cooked rice.
